During the summer holidays of the KETHEA ITHAKI Therapeutic Community in Stomio, Larissa, members and the staff visited the Kalypso canyon, in the east side of mount Kissavos, above the area of Kokkino Nero.

The green scenery, the flowing waters that lead to the three small but wonderful waterfalls, the total contact with nature and the sounds of the birds that never stop singing, rewarded us for the difficult endeavor of hiking.

The members of the Therapeutic Community incredibly enjoyed the hike!

The best moment?

It was certainly that of diving and swimming in the ice-cold water that stems from the mountain springs.

Flowy, clear water, as flowy as our laughter and joy.
